Rainier Lite is an elegant single channel theme with an eye for sharp typography. Designed for photographers and writers with an appreciation for minimalism, it’s a perfect adaptation of our Rainier Tumblr theme for Ghost.

Features

Header

Create a visually stunning header by uploading a cover image, or forgo it altogether for a minimal, clean white background. You can also swap out your text-based blog title for a logo image. Looking for something extra special? Try a .GIF cover image.

Header Navigation

Rainer Lite supports header navigation. To enable this feature, simply open your navigation.hbs file, located with the partials folder, and follow the directions provided in the comments at the top of that file.

Disqus Commenting

Rainier Lite supports Disqus commenting on post and static page templates. To enable Disqus, locate the disabled code at the bottom of post.hbs” or “page.hbs” and remove the html comments (`<!—` and `—>`). Replace “DISQUS SHORTNAME” with your personal Disqus shortname.

Google Analytics

Rainier Lite includes built-in support for Google Analytics tracking. To enable this feature, open your default.hbs file, remove the comments surrounding the Google Analytics script, and replace “TRACKING ID” with your personal Google Analytics tracking code.

Social Media Icons

Rainier Lite supports a slew of social media icons. To enable an icon, open your social-links.hbs file located with the partials folder and follow the directions provided in the comments at the top of that file.
