Woocommerce Free Shipping. Optionally specify only certain countries per product before free shipping is allowed for that specific product. And optionally specify minimum cart amount per product before free shipping is allowed for that specific product. Free shipping is applied per product and not per cart.

Editing a product’s free shipping options are done in the same editing streen of the actual product, not in a separate admin screen.

Plus customers can specify shipping address!

In woocommerce, specifying a product as a virutal product does allow it to have free shipping. However with a virtual product you cannot limit which countries get the free shipping or a minimum cart total. Most of all, with only virtual products in the cart a customer cannot specify a shipping address – the billing address is the only place they can ship to.
